Projects are a great way of discovering things. I checked out some of your posts and I like your style of writing (and some of your photos too), so I subscribed.
It’s a huge effort to take on any project so I commend you. You’ve inspired me though and I think I’m going to try a more bitesized summer of film project and keep my mirrorless in the drawer until I go to Japan in October where I’ll shoot both digital and film.
Thank you so much! Projects are indeed always a huge effort. In the beginning everything is new and fun. Then the hard work begins... I hope you will manage to shoot more film this summer. And Japan sounds amazing. I can see why you will also need a digital camera for that. Thanks for commenting!
Well they are a bit "too much" for my taste, but I admit that I am starting to appreciate the one from the basket field more and more. When I saw it the first time I was horrified by the almost fluorescent blue. Now I am starting to like it.
Thank you so much! Unfortunately I don't have a medium format camera, but the overexposing is a good idea. I'll keep it in mind! Thanks for commenting!

I’ve still not tried Ektachrome, the colours look awesome

happy belated birthday!
try fp4 on a medium format camera and overexpose just a bit and you'll see the beauty of the film (develop normal say nothing to the lab)

i don't know why (didn't have time to study) but for me fp4 had better results in 120format than 35format. i like the film anyway.
