Thank you! I do enjoy it very much. As for the name I think I will keep it. I have started to like it :-)

And in the end I am not sure how much the name really matters. I haven’t subscribed to a newsletter because it had a great name… I came up with mine rather spontaneous and just stuck with it.

Hi Birgitte! Isn't Substack refreshing?! I've been here a while but with the new crop of photographers showing up it's been really exciting to have inspiration at my fingertips again instead of doom scrolling. I look forward to seeing where you go with your page. I was brave too and just went for it with my first posts :) All the best!

It sure is refreshing! I haven't felt this inspired in a long time in terms of writing, photographing and to sharing. And it is so nice to look at quality content which isn't meant to be seen and forgotten again in two seconds. I love to read the long posts which people write and I love that the comments create an actual dialogue and that I learn something from them. Thank you so much for commenting!

Keep it coming. I like blogs, Facebook and instagram when I could decide what I wanted to see and follow. Today, I was looking for some updates from friends in Europe and all @$*#% Facebook showed me was president Elon and his orange & criminal mignons …all from groups and pages I never asked for or followed. I need normalcy and people with brains around me again. Thank you for posting!

Thank you for your comment! I agree that Facebook and Instagram aren’t what they used to be. Facebook was so nice in the beginning (I joined it in 2007) when it was just you and your friends sharing updates and photos. I even preferred the look of it back then. I have enjoyed Instagram a lot longer than Facebook, but now that reels have taken over, and I can’t scroll through my feed without having tons videos autoplaying, I go there a lot less, and the accounts that inspire me are fewer and fewer. Substack is a much needed fresh input! Have a nice day.
